NeoDen IN6C is an innovative continuous soldering furnace with a new type of conveyor.
The furnace is supplied with a base as standard. A series of air filters in the top cover of the furnace treat the exhaust gases so that the machine can be operated in most environments without the need for external ventilation. If required, the furnace can be exhausted to the exhaust infrastructure.
The IN6C replaces the wire conveyor that was on the IN6 version. The furnace features an adjustable rail conveyor system that allows for double-sided soldering.
The furnace uses nichrome wire heating elements to maintain even heat distribution for consistent soldering. Each of the six heating zones is independently programmable for preheat, flux activation and reflow. Controlled circuit board heating reduces stress on heat-sensitive components and allows lower reflow temperatures to prevent lifting, delamination and burning of contact plates. Zone temperature programming and monitoring is available via an LCD user interface mounted on the machine's end panel. Six-zone technology and a comprehensive full-color user interface for configuring heating profiles are standard IN6C features not typically found in small-format reflow ovens.
Key features:
- Adjustable rail conveyor for double-sided soldering
- Low operating costs
- 6 zones (3 upper, 3 lower)
- 1 cooling zone
- Heat-up in 30 minutes
- Built-in soldering flue gas filtering system
