Czech Post - Package for the post office
- You don't have to be in a certain place at a certain time - you can pick up the package at any of the Czech Post offices throughout the country
- You will receive information about the shipment via SMS or email on the day of dispatch
- During delivery, you can change the date and method of delivery via the Internet
- If you do not collect the goods within 7 calendar days, they are automatically sent back.

DPD
- DPD delivers packages by the next working day. If the courier does not reach you at the address, he will try again the next working day.
- They will inform you about the delivery by SMS or e-mail. You will learn from them the one-hour range when to expect the courier, as well as the access data to the DPD Courier web application. In it, you will see how the courier is approaching and how many addresses separate him from you.
- The DPD Courier application at www.dpdkuryr.cz also allows you to: change the address or date of delivery, in larger cities choose a delivery time in the morning (8.00-10.00), add a backup address (the courier will go there if he cannot reach you at the original one), choose personal collection at the Pickup point of sale or postpone delivery by 10 days.
- At DPD, they constantly monitor and reduce their carbon footprint. As the only parcel carrier on the Czech market, the produced emissions are 100% offset by green energy production projects.

DPD PICK UP
- You can choose from more than 3,500 Pickup points throughout the Czech Republic, including more than 1,200 Alza boxes. You can find their list at pickup.dpd.cz.
- You will be informed by SMS or e-mail on the day the package is picked up and then when the package is delivered to the delivery point. If you do not pick up the shipment within 4 days of storage, you will be informed about the impending return of the shipment to the sender.
- Most delivery points are open at least one day on the weekend, and the package will wait for you there for 7 calendar days and 48 hours if it is delivered to an Alza box.
- If you chose cash on delivery, you will pay for the package in cash at the delivery point (card payment is only possible at DPD depots).

Instant card payment

The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, you enter the card number, the validity date and the CVC code - three numbers that you can find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numerical code that you will receive by SMS from your bank.
Online payment is provided for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

BUSINESSMEN
Only customers who have made purchases with us in the last 12 months or have created a customer account can receive goods on invoice. If you are a new customer, it is not possible to provide you with the option of receiving an invoice.
STATE INSTITUTIONS, LARGE COMPANIES, CORPORATE COMPANIES
Collection on an invoice is possible based on the submission of a binding order, which has the following requirements:
- complete invoicing data of the customer
- delivery address and final recipient
- method of collection / transport
- bank connection and payment terms proposal
- list of ordered goods and their price
- contact person, telephone (fax, e-mail)
- company stamp and signature of the responsible person
The original binding order must be delivered by email or in writing.
