The Temperature Profile Meter (DataLogger) is an upgraded and improved version of the successful MTP-05 product. Its main advantage is that it operates without a battery - a non-explosive device. It is powered by capacitors and can take up to three measurements on a single charge.

The MTP-25 is a stand-alone device that can measure and record temperature at up to 8 locations simultaneously. The device must always be fully charged before taking measurements. It must always be cooled down to room temperature after the measurement in the thermobox.
The parameter setting, analysis and data storage are provided by the PC-based program MTPWIN. The graphical interface of the program can measure basic profile data such as phase times, temperatures reached and also the steepness of the temperature rise/fall. It also records the shock waveform to check the smooth movement of the conveyor. An official measurement report can be printed from the measured data.
Its main application is as a temperature meter directly on the PCB during tin-wave soldering or in the reflow oven, where it helps to detect unevenness in the soldering process or critical points on the PCB. This data helps to set the correct temperature profile of the soldering equipment.
