Expand XF Series
is an exhaust extraction system from PAT Technology Systems that provides professional air purification for laser cutting and engraving. With advanced filtration technology and intelligent control systems, the Expand XF provides a clean and safe working environment and maximizes operational efficiency.

Modular solution:
Start with 1 fan and add up to 6 fans per machine as your production grows. This gives you an airflow of up to 2400 m3/h.

Excellent performance:
Each industrial blower filters 400 m3/h of clean air.
Three-stage filtration: pre-filter (F9), HEPA (99.999% at 0.3 µm), molecular gas filter
(activated coconut carbon impregnated with magnanate).

Automatic flow control:
The unit automatically maintains the set flow rate even when the filters become clogged with dust.

Connectivity:
Simple on/off, EZ-link or fully automated Modbus RS485 control.

Low operating costs:
Durable, long-life aluminum filters, easy to change, quiet operation (~65 dB).
