The fully automatic PGT130DT gate with an integrated tester offers a complete solution for entry into an ESD zone (EPA). The gate can be used in both directions, i.e., also for exiting the zone. The gate can be opened using the integrated reader or a touchless button.
The compact PGT130DT ESD tester, located at the entrance, is a testing system for the precise testing and documentation of personnel grounding via footwear, wrist straps, and ESD clothing in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1 as well as ANSI ESD S20.20, and for further processing of the measured data. When a personal RFID card is presented, the display shows the appropriate test type for that person, and after the measurement is correctly evaluated, the gate opens for the person.
Multiple devices can be networked and centrally synchronized using DataTermD software.
The tester unit with the turnstile is mounted on a non-slip stainless steel platform measuring 1500 x 1000 mm. A footplate for testing footwear is also integrated. Opposite the arm is a handrail that prevents unauthorized passage in the event of a failed test.
