HR-11 is an innovation of the successful reflow ovens of the same series. Its advantages are the possibility of setting a linear temperature profile in up to 6 segments, precise measurement thanks to external thermocouples and simple control on a clear display or via PC.
The reflow oven with IR and convection heating ensures uniform heating of the PCB. Fixing of the PCB to adjustable brackets in the grate connected to the door. When the door is opened, the fans located under the grate start to cool the PCB quickly.
Key features:
- 220 x 300 mm process chamber
- 4 external thermocouples available for thermocouple profile recording
- Control via buttons and front panel LCD touch screen
- Programmable independently or via PC and HRWin application under Windows
- Integrated vapour extraction from inside the chamber after reflow
- Motor controlled door opening - programmable
- Automatic forced cooling of PCB after reflow Programmable
- Linear or saddle thermoprofile with 6 segments
- Special drying profile up to 16 hours at 150 °C
- Power supply 230V/50 Hz and heat output up to 3100 Watt
Workflow:
The furnace is connected to the mains and the extraction outlet to the FE-10 extraction unit. After switching on, the furnace offers the option to run the last profile used, or to select another profile from the menu, or to create a new profile. If you are still using the same profile, just control the furnace with the three buttons next to the display. Using the built-in display, we can enter and view the set parameters, monitor the process and temperature progress and an indicative graphic.
To create a new profile, we can use the built-in touchscreen or, when connected to a PC with the supplied HRWin program. In HRWin we can see the instantaneous temperature progression on the graph and we can save this progression. We can also archive the profiles stored in the furnace and view the archived waveforms.
The advantage of the single chamber drawer reflow furnace is the possibility to set a specific temperature profile for each board, while the maximum soldering time is practically unlimited. The HR-11 allows 3 types of programs to be entered
- saddle - sets preheat and reflow times and temperatures
- linear - sets the temperature rise separately in each of the 6 segments
- drying - maintains the set temperature for up to 16 hours
Programs preheat time and temperature, reflow time and temperature or other parameters. The programs are stored in the oven memory and can be backed up to a PC using HRWin.
