Description

The QUICK 310C is a compact, motor-driven soldering tip cleaner designed for integration into automated soldering systems. Thanks to a pair of high-quality brass brushes, it effectively removes flux residue, oxidation, and excess solder, thereby significantly extending the tip’s service life and ensuring consistent soldering quality.

This model is optimized for use with QUICK 9494 and 911 series soldering robots and other systems where tip cleanliness is critical for a flawless process. Cleaning takes place automatically during the program, without the need for operator intervention, which increases efficiency and reduces the risk of defects.

The QUICK 310C features a robust housing measuring 70 × 125 × 65 mm, a 230 V AC power supply, and replaceable brushes. Its compact design allows for easy installation in a soldering station or robotic workstation.
