Electroguard E30 is a dissipative two-component antistatic floor coating in EPA.
The coating is made with an amino/epoxy base that can withstand forklifts. Use of this coating will provide grounding for personnel and prevent electrostatic charge. The paint can be applied with a brush or roller, which just needs to be washed in warm water after use. It is characterized by its ease of application, where the deployment of specialized companies is not required. The price shown is for a 5 litre pack, which is sufficient for 45 m2 in one coat. Two coats are recommended for perfect coverage and to maintain electrical properties.
Electroguard E30 can be applied on a clean floor, free from greasy dirt. It is not recommended to apply on bare surfaces such as untreated porous concrete, wood, tiles, plasterboard etc. A primer must be applied first before applying to concrete floors.
The curing time of the coating depends on temperature, humidity and ventilation. Dry to the touch in 4 hours, hard in 16 hours, fully cured in 4 days.
