The NeoDen FP2636F is a handheld screen printing machine for solder paste application in SMD mounting.
The PCB fixing table can be adjusted relative to the template in the X/Y/Theta (rotation) axes.
The T-handle of the screw rod ensures the precision of adjustment and the horizontality of the PCB.
Clamps with pins for fixing different PCB shapes. A double-sided board can also be placed in the screen printer.
Operation of the printer is simple. First, insert the stretched template in the printer frame. Then place the PCB on the included locator fixtures. Using the Vernier controller, move the PCB jig until the solder plates align perfectly with the holes. Finally, push the paste through the template holes with a squeegee (included). That's it. The board is now ready for mounting.
