ESD ionisation brush / length 1500 mm

ESD antistatic rod-type brush made of stainless steel fabric, which has low electrical resistance and is highly effective.

The soft bristles do not cause any damage to charged objects. Suitable for thin materials such as films and metal sheets.

Suitable installation locations:

- Areas with high levels of static electricity or frequent electrostatic discharges (shocks).
- Areas with increased dust contamination due to static electricity.
- Rollers, conveyors, or areas where materials are frequently separated.
- Areas with explosion hazards or where flammable materials are handled.

Examples in operation:

- Film and printing machines: Ideally installed above or below the film where it leaves the roller.
- Conveyors: Removing static charge from products moving on the belt.
